Story
140 years ago, deep in a Czech forest, locals found an irresistibly delicious essence from the European Beech tree.
Blending this with other local ingredients, they created a national drink,
enjoyed year-round for its flavour and all-occasions versatility.
Today, our Czech family has taken this traditional blend and infused it with Australian flavours for a silky-smooth, unique taste.
To mark its origins, we have named the now-Australian blend "STROM,"
the Czech word for the magnificent tree seen on every bottle, as is the Czech wish for good health - "Na zdravi".
We handcraft STROM in limited batches to superior quality using only the finest raw ingredients.
It is delicious neat, on the rocks as a flavorful ingredient in cocktails and desserts.
It is one of the smoothest, and satisfying tastes you will ever enjoy.

20ml Lime Juice
Shake all and double strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with a chessy lime wheel.

25ml fresh lemon juice - squeezed
20ml honey

2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
10ml egg white
ice
Brandy Cherries and lemon on top to decorate

Pour into a shot glass and Enjoy straight

Cup of Hot Tea
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 slice of lemon
Enjoy as a nice hot drink
on a cold day

5 ml white creme de cacao
5 ml dark creme de cacao
5 ml sugar syrup
25-30ml fresh Espresso
Shake hard and fast.
Double strain into cocktail glass.
Garnish with dusted cinnamon

10ml Spiced Honey & Apple syrup
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Absinthe rinse
Rinse the inside of a rocks glass
Stir other ingredients with ice and fine strain into the glass. Garnish with a lemon twist

Shaken with ice, decorate with orange

100% fine grapes from the very famous wine region of barossa vallet in South Australia where grapes are harvested
The Spirit undergoes a fermentation followed by a 5 column distillation process.
Sourcing its water from springs and filtered through a 4 process filtering system to give pure crisp clean water.
